1) Billing questions

Q: What if there is a call on my bill that I do not recognize?
A: Please call customer service at 1-877-310-5608 after verifying with everyone who has access to your phone. An ABA Net customer service agent will happily assist you in resolving the matter.

Q: How do I report a billing issue?
A: You can e-mail us directly support@abanet.us with your billing issues or call Customer Service at 1-877-310-5608.

Q: When will my referral credit appear on my invoice?
A: Your referral credit will appear on your invoice when the referred customer’s payments to ABA Net exceed $100. Until this time, you will see your referrals as “pending”.

Q: How many referrals can I make?
A: You may make as many referrals as you like! There is no limit to the number of customers you can refer to ABA Net.

Q: How can I monitor my call history and account status?
A. You can access your online user interface by logging into your online account via our website. Simply go to www.abanet.us and in the upper right-hand corner, enter your username and password. To get your access information, or if you need to reset your password, email us at support@abanet.us or call one of our agents at 1-877-310-5608. We will be happy to assist you with accessing your online account.

4) Payment methods

Q: What is the quickest way to make a payment?
A: If you are a registered customer, you can choose to make an automatic payment over the phone. To make a payment over the phone, please call 1-877-310-5608.

Q: Can I pay my bill online?
A: Unfortunately, we do not have the online payment option at this time. We are working on adding this feature soon.  

Q: Can I pay my bill over the phone?
A: Yes, you can pay your bill over the phone by speaking directly with a customer service agent.

Q: Can I pay my bill through my bank?
A: Yes, you can pay your bill through your bank. However, please take into account the due date for the payment of your bill. It may take between 5-10 days for a bank to send a check.

Q: What types of credit cards does ABA Net accept?
A: ABA Net accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Q: Can I schedule my future payments online?
A: Unfortunately, this feature is not available at this time.
